Theiss Engineering, Inc is announcing the availability of "Affordable Excellence" in Mechanical-Electrical-Plumbing (MEP) engineering, design and inspection services in Florida. Architects, contractors, individuals, industrial firms, and government agencies are invited to use Theiss Engineering, Inc. Contact Theiss Engineering for a brief list of projects and clients served over the years. We do "Value Engineering" and "Life Cycle Cost Analysis" for our clients upon request.
New Construction or Renovation
Services are available for new construction and/or renovation for commercial, industrial, religious, medical, residential, retail, laboratories, shopping malls, schools, manufacturing concerns, offices, government, institutional and special multi-story mixed-use buildings anywhere in Florida.
Specific Services Available
Specific services offered are as follows: analysis of heating, ventilating, air conditioning, electrical power, lighting, piping, plumbing, structural, fire alarm and fire protection requirements for a variety of buildings; engineering of systems & selection of suitable equipment to meet those needs; specification preparation; and preparation of all construction documents. We also provide the required Energy Calculations.
Drawings
Drawings are generated with AutoCAD. By way of e-mail, we can send and receive electronic media, including drawing files and plot files.
Code Compliant
All engineering and design services are performed in accordance with national and state building codes and meet all of the requirements of local authorities having jurisdiction. In addition, all electrical engineering is done in accordance with the National Electric Code. All final plots will bear the stamp and signature of the professional engineer having responsible charge.
