Professional Engineering, Design and Inspection services are available for new construction and/or renovation for commercial, industrial,
religious, medical, residential, retail, laboratories, shopping malls, schools, manufacturing concerns, offices, government, institutional
and special multi-story mixed-use buildings anywhere in Florida. We also offer "Expert Witness" services for attorneys, insurance
firms and individuals involved in litigation.
Specific services offered are as follows: analysis of heating, ventilating, air conditioning, electrical power, lighting, piping,
plumbing, structural, fire alarm and fire protection requirements for a variety of buildings; engineering of systems & selection
of suitable equipment to meet those needs; specification preparation; and preparation of all construction documents. We also provide
the required “Energy Calculations”. Drawings are generated with AutoCAD. By way of e-mail and DROPBOX (The Cloud), we can quickly
send and receive electronic media, including final reports, photos, drawing files and plot files.
Our President, Nicholas J. Theiss
PE, was the Project Manager for MEP engineering and design services for the $100,000,000 University Square shopping center, shown
in photo on the "NEWS" page. He was also the Engineer-of-Record for the mechanical and plumbing engineering portion of the project.
